Fort Leonard Wood is scheduled to be involved in a full-scale exercise Nov. 3 and 4.
The purpose is to rehearse installation response actions and crisis management following a simulated active-shooter scenario.
Between 9:30 and 10 a.m., gates will be closed for about 10 minutes and travel on post could be delayed. The General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital does not have appointments scheduled during the gate closure to ensure patrons do not miss their appointments.
