Gordan Earl Biffel, 71, passed away Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, at his home near Montauk.
He was born April 22, 1954, in McKinney, Texas, son of Lloyd Earl and Ema Jean Denison Biffel.
He worked the majority of his life in retail. After his retirement he and his companion, Linda, enjoyed traveling numerous places in the United States. He loved being around his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and companion, Linda C. Sanders.
Survivors include four children, Brandon Earl Harrod, Adrian Ben Harrod, Robbin Janel Clayton and Billy Grant Sanders; eight grandchildren; a special friend, Judy Rose Harrod; and several other family members and friends.
Graveside services are 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, in Boone Creek Cemetery with Donny Stow officiating. Services are under direction of Fox Funeral Home.
