Due to the threat of bad weather last weekend, KZ88’s third annual Oktoberfest has been rescheduled to this Saturday (Oct. 31).
The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at KZ88’s studio at 1211 Ozark Street in Cabool. Attractions will include homemade root beer, oven-fresh pretzels and wiener wurstchen and a large yard sale. All proceeds will go toward KZ88 operating expenses to keep community radio on the air.
Organizers indicate that if the weather doesn’t cooperate this weekend, the event might become the first annual Novemberfest.
