Laurie Ann Davison, 54, of Visalia, Calif., passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, in Houston.
She was born Nov. 10, 1960, in Newman, Calif., daughter of Manuel and Carolyn Rico. She and Chris Alan Davison were married Sept. 29, 1979.
She attended Mt. Whitney High School, where she graduated in 1979. She worked for the Visalia Unified School District for 15 years. The past 10 years she was the cafeteria manager at Redwood High school.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Will. She also enjoyed bowling, reading and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Chris Davison; and her mother, Carolyn Rico.
Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer DeNauro of Cabool; a grandchild; her father, Manuel Rico of Visalia, Calif.; three sisters, Kathy Ellis, Lisa VanAllen and Janie Zavala; two brothers, Manny Rico and Mike Rico ; and other family members.
Memorial services are Saturday, Nov. 21, at Redwood High School cafeteria in Visalia, Calif. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
