Leland Charles Smith II, 61, passed away Nov. 16, 2015, in St. Louis, Mo.
Mr. Smith was born Feb. 26, 1954, to Leland Charles and Lucy Murrell (Maness) Smith in Waynesville, Mo. Both of his parents preceded him in death.
He was raised in Houston Mo., and graduated Houston High School in 1972. He continued his education, and graduated from the School of Law, University of Missouri–Columbia. He spent his legal career practicing law in the St. Charles/St. Louis area until his death.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Ann (Seth) Smith; his three children, Aaron Smith, Jordan Smith, and Anna Smith, all of St. Charles; his sister, Nancy Ruth Hutcheson and her husband Ron of Republic MO; nieces Amber (Kile) Blades and Kristen (Kile) Laxton and their families.
Services were held in St. Charles at the Baue Funeral and Memorial Center on Nov. 19. Interment was at Pine Lawn Cemetery in Houston, Mo., on Nov. 20, 2015.
