Nicole M. Thompson, 41, passed away Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015.
She was born May 18, 1974, in Watertown, N.Y.
Survivors include her husband; a son; a daughter; a granddaughter; two sisters; a brother; her mother; and other family members.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
