Royce L. Noirfalise, 56, of Dixon, Ill., passed away Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, in his home.

He was born May 6, 1959, in Joliet, Ill., son of LeRoy and Maxine Blankenship Noirfalise.

He was a trooper for District 15 of the Illinois State Police from 1987 until his retirement in 2012.

He was a member of the NRA and the Tri County Gun Club.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his fiancée, Angela Noirfalise of Dixon, Ill.; his step-daughter Britney Koenig of Washington; a granddaughter; his mother, Maxine of Mount Morris, Ill.; two sisters, Pondalea Titterton of Byron, Ill., and Jannan Quinn of Pontiac, Ill.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 2-4 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, at Jones Funeral Home in Dixon, Ill. Cremation rites will follow. A memorial has been established.
