Three persons were injured Saturday afternoon after their vehicle ran off the side of wet U.S. 60 east of Cabool, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Terry Nelson said a westbound 2004 Mazda 6 driven by Cristal M. Ayala, 26, of West Plains, ran off the roadway and overturned about five miles east of Cabool. She had moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) in West Plains.
Two passengers, Hector R. Del Horno, 64, of West Plains; and Valerie D. Gonzalez, 49, of Ozark, also were injured. Del Horno had moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to OMC. Gonzalez had minor injuries and went by private vehicle to OMC.
Nelson said all three were wearing seat belts. The vehicle was totaled.
