A West Plains was arrested Saturday afternoon in Houston on drug charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Jose G. Gonzales, 30, is held at the Texas County Jail after he was arrested on charges of distribute, deliver or attempt to manufacture a controlled substance – methamphetamine, a felony; and possession a controlled substance, marijuana.
