A Lebanon woman is suing the City of Houston after she said she tripped on a West Highway 17 sidewalk and sustained injuries.
In a lawsuit filed in Texas County Circuit Court, Stacey Driskell said she had injuries to her right ankle, left knee and loss of household contributions as a result of a fall on June 1, 2015.
The sidewalk is located at 413 W. Highway 17.
