A Cabool man was arrested late Saturday on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Jason K. Beller, 30, of Cabool, was charged with felony DWI, having no proof of insurance and littering.
He was taken to the Cabool Police Department for a 12-hour hold, the patrol said.
