A Houston man was arrested late Saturday night on five charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Thomas B. Lewis, 47, is charged with DWI, having no valid driver’s license, insurance or registration and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail to be held for 12 hours, the patrol said.
