Randy Lee Jones, 59, passed away Thursday, Jan 21, 2016.

He was born Jan. 16, 1957, in Houston, son of Bob and Virginia Jones.

He worked his entire life in law enforcement, including more than 25 years with the Texas County Sheriff’s Department.

He loved fishing and watching the St. Louis Cardinals. His greatest love was his two children, Sarah and Travis.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Nina Creek-Jones.

Survivors include a daughter, Sarah; a son, Travis; a sister, Marilyn Cantrell; and other extended family members and friends.

Services were Sunday, Jan. 24, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Howell Burkhead and Dr. Max Burkhead officiating. Burial was in Boone Creek Cemetery.
