Egg Drop

A Houston church is hosting an egg drop and other special activities on Easter Sunday.

Faith Fellowship said 1,500 eggs will be released from atop a City of Houston ladder fire truck beginning at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, March 27. The event is open to the public.

The egg drop – for children under age 12 – kicks of a full morning of activities at the church. Along with special eggs featuring tablet giveaways, there will be a free doughnut breakfast, family giveaways and photo booths.

Those attending are invited to stay for the morning services as well. Children will receive glow-in-the-dark slap bracelets in Faith Kids and Super Kids while adults will hear what the empty tomb signifies to every person who follows Christ from Pastor Bill Villapiano. The 10:30 a.m. service will begin with a special silhouette drama performance.

Faith Fellowship is located at 7804 Highway 17 – about 3.5 miles west of Houston and just past Dogs Bluff. For more information, visit www.faithfellowshiphouston.org.
