A Hannibal woman was arrested late Saturday night on drug charges in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Victoria K. Davis, 19, was cited with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and wearing no seat belt, the patrol said. She was issued a summons and released, according to a report.
