The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Jaynee R. Kissee, 18, of 13301 Craddock Drive in Licking, was ticketed for driving without a valid license after a traffic stop on Holder Drive at about 9 p.m. March 13.
•Marissa A. Gilbert, 26, of 615 W. Highway 17 in Houston, was arrested March 7 for having an active Licking municipal warrant for driving while suspended.
•Kelly L. Graham, 24, of 112 W. Spruce St., Apt. 2, in Houston, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Walnut Street at about 8:45 p.m. March 6.
After making contact with the driver, the officer who made the stop smelled marijuana and a smoking device was subsequently found. Graham was taken to the Texas County Jail and released.
•Makayla R. Brown, 17, of 509 Bryan St. in Houston, was cited for third-degree assault after allegedly punching an 18-year-old girl above her right eye on March 11.
•Jeanne M. Bourbon, 33, of Licking, was arrested for having two active Texas County warrants for drug charges after a traffic stop on Spruce Street at about 2:10 a.m. March 5. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
•Gina M. Dodson, 31, of 902 Hiett Street in Houston, was issued citations for driving while intoxicated and failure to yield right of way after a traffic stop at Walnut and Fourth streets at about 3:15 p.m. March 9.
An officer made the stop after observing a red GMC Sonoma moving erratically on Brushy Creek Drive and U.S. 63. After making contact with the driver, the officer smelled alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted.
Dodson was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold period.
•Brandi J. Sciotto, 29, of 110 S. Grand Ave. in Houston, was arrested March 3 for having an active Texas County warrant for assault on a law officer. An officer made the arrest at the state probation and parole office after being advised Sciotto was there.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
•Marissa A. Gilbert, 26, of 1205 Briarwood Lane in Houston, was cited on charges of resisting or interfering on March 7 after an officer went to a man’s Highway 17 residence to arrest her for having an active Licking municipal warrant for driving while suspended. When the officer knocked on the door of the home, Gilbert allegedly ran away and was later located on First Street, near U.S. 63.
On March 11, Gilbert was cited for driving while revoked after a traffic stop on U.S. 63 at about 11:20 p.m. March 11. She was cited again for the same violation on March 13 after a traffic stop on Briarwood Lane at about 5:45 p.m.
•Adam T. Reams, 33, of 615 W. Highway 17 in Houston, was cited for driving while revoked on March 7. Â
