A Springfield man was arrested and released to another party Sunday morning on three charges in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Julio C. Martinez, 19, was charged with DWI, exceeding the posted speed limit – over 26 miles per hour and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
