An investigating officer reported being dispatched to the location in response to a drunk woman causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officer observed a woman walking out of the store staggering, while yelling and pointing at customers.

The officer stated the woman walked to his patrol car and got in the front seat. The officer asked her what was going on, but was unable to understand her reply.

The officer then spoke with a store manager at the scene, and Cook allegedly got out of the car and said she was leaving. When advised she needed to remain, she instead fled on foot.
