The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•A nurse from Home Health of the Ozarks reported on May 2 that a 55-year-old man was having medication stolen from his house. A 58-year-old woman and 31-year-old man who were living with the man at the time are suspects in the case.
•A 72-year-old Houston man reported on May 15 that a Remington shotgun and a Smith and Wesson .38 caliber pistol had been stolen from his Ford Ranger pickup.
•An officer on April 25 responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a Hiett Street residence.
Upon arrival, the officer made contact with a 40-year-old woman who had a bloody cloth wrapped around her hand. The woman told the officer she had been locked out of the house by her husband, and broke out a window so she could get inside and retrieve her belongings.
Both the man and woman opted not to pursue charges.
•Cassie T. Trentham, 31, of 16448 Forrest Drive in Houston, was arrested May 23 for having an active Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. An officer made the arrest at Trentham’s residence, and took her to the Texas County Jail where she was unable to post $150,000 bond.
