Sports physicals for area high school and middle school students are 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the Texas County Memorial Hospital Medical Complex in Houston.
There is a $5 charge per physical. No appointment is necessary. Athletes should bring the proper Missouri State High School Activities Association form signed by a parent or guardian. Forms are available through athletic coaches or at the clinic.
The complex is located at 1335 S. Sam Houston Blvd. Attendees should use the “TCMH Walk In Clinic” entrance.
