The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•James W. Fithen, 32, of 305 S. Second St. in Houston, and Dustin H. Fithen, 29, of 413 Broadway in Houston, were each issued citations on June 26 for operating an ATV on a city roadway.
•Robert W. Colborn, 60, of 1531 Colborn Road at Cabool, was arrested on June 20 for having an active Texas County warrant for three counts of felony unlawful possession of a firearm.
An officer made the arrest after being advised Colborn was walking along First Street at about 2 p.m. He was taken to the Texas County Jail where he was unable to post $250,000 bond.
•Christina A.E. Shepherd, 27, of 16931 Highway N at Licking, was issued numerous citations after a traffic stop on U.S. 63 at about 6:45 p.m.
After the traffic stop and a subsequent investigation, Shepherd was cited for failure to register a motor vehicle, no seat belt, no insurance, driving while revoked, two counts of failure to place child in child restraint device and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Texas County Jail, fingerprinted and released.
•Randy Harris, 33, of 120 Brook St., Apt. 14, in Licking, was issued citations for driving without a valid license, failure to wear a seatbelt and no insurance after a traffic stop on U. S. 63 at about 8 p.m. June 22.
•Orion D. Wickert, 17, of 15849 Piney Drive at Bucyrus, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol on June 13.
Am officer made the arrest after questioning Wickert about a case and then smelling alcohol on his breath. A half full can of beer was then found in the console of Wickert’s vehicle.
•Tabitha S. Wofford, 30, of 905 Hiett St. in Houston, was ticketed for failure to stop at a posted stop sign on June 19.
•Scott M. Arlint, 26, of 479 Oak Hill Drive in Houston, was cited for failure to register a motor vehicle on June 12.
•Cody J. Clark, 21, of 403 N. Grand Ave. in Houston, was ticketed on June 16 for failure to register a motor vehicle.
•Dustin R. Frasier, 30, of 3787 Shady Grove Road in Cabool, was arrested after a traffic stop on June 18 for having an active Wright County warrant for forgery.
•Kerry M. Brooks, 28, of Northview Lane in Houston, was arrested June 23 for having an active Texas County warrant for driving while suspended.
