A prisoner at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking died Sunday, the agency said.
Danny Brown, 54, was serving a life sentence for second-degree murder, forcible rape and first-degree burglary from Jackson County, officials said. He has been in prison since April 2003.
A prison official said he died of apparent natural causes.Â
