A Bolivar senator who is seeking the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor spoke Saturday afternoon during a meeting of the Texas County Federated Republican Women.
State Sen. Mike Parson addressed the organization during a meeting in Houston. Parson is a former state representative, Polk County sheriff, businessman and veteran.
Joining the senator was his wife Teresa.
