Houston High School senior Connor Clifton was selected the ‘Built Ford Tough Player of the Week’ after leading the Tigers with 12 tackles Friday night.
Clifton had nine solo tackles and three assists for his team-leading total at St. James. He also broke up a pass. Offensively, Clifton had two catches for a team-best 17 yards.
Player of the week honors are selected by the Varsity Club and sponsored by Romines Motor Co.
