A Houston man is held without bond on drug charges following his arrest late Saturday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Matthew J. Ramsey, 29, was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor Texas County warrant for possession of marijuana and misdemeanor Texas County warrants for traffic violations.
