The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated a Texas County accident Saturday on U.S. 60 about four miles west of Willow Springs.
The patrol said an eastbound 2013 Chevrolet Cruz driven by James F. White, 49, of Harrison, Ark., travelled off the left side of the roadway and struck a yield/one-way sign.
The medical condition of White was not available, the patrol said.
