TASTC pet of the week

Introducing the ‪pet of the week from The Animal Shelter of Texas County: Bandit is small for a Border Collie mix. She is 6 to 7 years old, fully vaccinated and spayed.

Bandit is an owner surrender. She is loved and well cared for. Her human sadly had to move over 1000 miles away to care for his elderly Mom. She resides in ‘no pets’ housing. Also, Bandit gets motion sickness when riding in a car. He trusts his Bandit will find a loving home.

Bandit loves kids, people, other dogs and being close to people. (Bandit hates her hair brushed – nobody is perfect.) She is accustomed to being inside more than out. Bandit is great at giving emotional support for someone feeling alone.

Adoption fee is $125. Visit the shelter at 6931 East Hwy. 17 or email texascountyanimals@hotmail.com.
