The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested two on DWI charges on Saturday and Sunday. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested two persons on DWI charges. 

Victor Rodriguez, 52, of Plato, was charged Saturday with DWI – first offense, having no license plate lamp and wearing no seat belt, the patrol said. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released. 

Kelsey N. Trower, 29, of Grandview, was charged early Sunday with felony DWI – persistent offender, driving while revoked and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
