The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Daniel K. Labbee, 31, of 713 W. Chestnut St. in Houston, was issued a citation for first-degree trespassing on July 28.
Labbee was cited after reportedly being inside Walmart at about 5:50 p.m. He had been banned from all Walmart properties after an incident in October 2013.
•An officer responded on July 21 to a report of a broken glass door at the Masonic Lodge on Dooley Street.
The officer observed a damaged door on the west side of the building and several baseball-sized rocks lying nearby. There are no suspects.
•Philip P. Benson, 36, of 820 Dooley St. in Houston, was arrested July 28 for having an active Texas County felony warrant for driving while revoked.
An officer made the arrest at the state probation office after being advised Benson was there. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held on $50,000 bond.
•Thomas W. Hamby, 35, of 501 Peabody Ave. in Cabool, was cited for second-degree trespassing after an incident July 19 at the Piney Inn Apartments on Grand Avenue in Houston.
