Houston High School sophomore Paydon Dixon is the ‘Built Ford Tough Player of the Week’ from the Tigers’ Week 5 game against Thayer.
Dixon, the team’s starting quarterback, ran for a career-best 96 yards on 14 carries. Only two sacks kept him from breaking 100.Â
Dixon also completed 3 of 5 passes for 10 yards in heavy rains. Defensively, Dixon had seven tackles and caused a fumble from his safety position.
