The Houston Area Chamber of Commerce will host a fall festival from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday (today) in downtown Houston.
Several activities and attractions are planned, including a car and motorcycle show, FFA petting zoo, raffles, crafts and food vendors.
A pancake breakfast runs from 6:30-10:30 a.m. The cost is $5 per person. Harold’s Classic BBQ and Burger Mobile will serve food throughout the day on the street.
Garold McCoy and the South 63 Band will perform beginning at 1 p.m. A street dance runs from 4 to 6 p.m.
A gun raffle and 50/50 raffles also are planned.
The Houston High School choir will sell Branson tickets and snow cones to raise funds for a trip to Washington, D.C.
