The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Jackson C. Morgan, 39, of 210 S. Grand Ave., No. 109, in Houston, was issued a citation for first-degree trespassing after being observed inside Walmart on Sept. 2. Morgan had been banned from all Walmart properties after an incident in October 2014.
•Laramie Q. Harris, 31, of 221 Charles St. in Licking, was cited for driving while suspended after a traffic stop on U.S. 63 at 4:57 a.m. Sept. 3. An officer made the stop after observing a maroon Oldsmobile sedan traveling at a high rate of speed near the Eagles Club. A computer check revealed that Harris’ driver’s license was suspended.
•Eric S. Caswell, 28, of 107 Cedar Street, Apt. A, in Houston, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after illegal items were observed at his residence during an investigation of another matter.
•Kari D. Young, 29, of 8447 Mineral Drive, No. 5, in Houston, was arrested Sept. 2 for having an active Willow Springs police warrant for driving while suspended. An officer made the arrest after a traffic stop on Grand Avenue at about 10 p.m.
A computer check revealed the warrant. Young was taken to the Texas County Jail where she was able to post $564.50 bond and was released.
•Crystal E. Hayes, 57, of 216 Bryan Street in Houston, was cited for animal neglect after an investigation on Aug. 24 regarding a Chihuahua.
•Susan L. Dixson, 40, of 315 Chestnut St. in Houston, was cited for first-degree trespassing after being observed inside Walmart on Aug. 15. Dixson had been banned from all Walmart properties after an incident on March 16.
•Dillon J. Heilig, 25, and Heather D. Bay, 31, both of 8227 Fisher Drive in Houston, were each cited for stealing under $500 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on Aug. 14.
•Justin L. Creech, 31, of 3560 County Road 1640, at Licking, was arrested Aug. 25 for having an active Texas County felony warrant for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. An officer made the arrest at the state probation and parole office after being advised Creech was there.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond.
