Northwest Texas County will participate in the annual Roby Fair on Saturday, Sept. 10. (today)
Numerous activities are planned at the Citizens Center. A breakfast begins at 7 a.m., a softball tournament at 9 and the annual parade starts at 10 a.m.
Fair and lunch activities begin at 11 a.m., along with a performance by the gospel group, “One.”
Other activities:
* 12:30 p.m. – Watermelon eating contest.
*1 and 3 p.m. – Cake walk at Citizens Center
*2 p.m. – Karaoke contest
*4 p.m. – Silent auction ends and raffles drawn. Lions Club ATV rodeo begins at club grounds
*5 p.m. – Greased pig contest. (Registration at 4:30 p.m.)
*5:30 p.m. — Dinner
*6 p.m. — Performance by “Miles to Nowhere”
*7 p.m. — Kevin Lee and Hired Guns perform
*8 p.m. — KC Ritz entertains.
