The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Shane L. Briggs, 31, of Hartshorn, was arrested early Saturday for failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while revoked, wearing no seat belt, misdemeanor Shannon County warrant of non-support and a Willow Springs Police Department warrant on a traffic offense. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Joseph R. Quirk, 31, of Licking, was charged last Monday afternoon in Wright County with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia as well as speeding. He was cited and released.
