A woman from Success is in the Texas County Jail following an accident that occurred early Saturday north of Houston, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Marty Wiseman said an eastbound 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Sarah R. Garrett, 21, ran off the left side of Highway E, struck a driveway and overturned.
Garrett, who was not wearing a seat belt and refused medical treatment, is charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving and not wearing a seat belt. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Members of the Houston Rural Fire Department Rescue Squad were called to the 3:45 a.m. accident.
