A haunted house is operating this week to benefit unwanted and neglected animals in the region. “Haunted House – Night at the Movies” will be open from 6:30 to 10 p.m. on 28, 29 and 31 at the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce Fairgrounds. Proceeds will go to The Animal Shelter of Texas County. Cost is $10 per person.
