• Houston Town & Country, second re-inspection Sept. 12, 2016: No violations.
• Licking Preschool, routine inspection Sept. 27, 2016: Two violations.
• Licking Town & Country, third re-inspection: One core violation.
• Dotty Massey Child Care Home: No violations.
• Plato School, routine inspection Sept. 29, 2016: One core violation.
• Raymondville School, routine inspection Sept. 6, 2016: No violations.
• Success School, routine inspection Sept. 13, 2016: Two core violations.
• Swingle’s Cafe, re-inspection pre-opening Sept. 2, 2016: Two core violations; routine inspection Sept. 14, 2016: One corrected priority and three core violations.
