The following drivers were issued tickets for operating motor vehicle with vision-reducing material applied to windshield/excess vision-reducing material applied to side window. Each entered a guilty plea and paid a $30.50 Fine plus court costs: Tyler Glenn Adey, Justin Alan Hof, Scott Tyler Ross.
