A Summersville man faces multiple charges following his arrest Wednesday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Derick J. Cook, 24, was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold following his 3:07 p.m. arrest. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain financial responsibility and not wearing a properly adjusted seat belt.
