The following arrest was announced by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Charles M. Hill, 30, of Willow Springs, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. last Thursday in Texas County on two charges — one felony and one misdemeanor — of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
