• Amber R. Henderson, 18, of 612 Hawthorn St. in Houston, and Jacob N. Dillon, 17, of 320 Cherry St. in Houston, were each cited for minor in possession of alcohol after an incident just after midnight Nov. 1.
An officer on patrol observed two people run west on South Oak Crest Drive, and then run across U.S. 63 onto the parking lot at Rod’s Auto. The officer made contact with the pair and saw that the female was carrying a bottle of vodka. A breath test was administered, and both tested positive.
