The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:

•Kody D. Carter, 21, of 1026 W. Highway 17 in Houston, was issued a citation for providing alcohol to a minor after an incident at about 11:45 p.m. Dec. 3.

An officer on patrol observed a female and male standing next to a white Chevrolet pickup in the lot at Corner Express, and the female appeared to be vomiting. After making contact with the people to find out if medical attention was needed, the officer smelled alcohol.

After an investigation, Carter was cited, and two 18-year-olds with him were issued citations for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption: Illusion T. Waker, of 214 S. Main in Licking, and Nicole A. Garner, of Purdy.

•Benjamin E. Coleman, 37, of 18408 Highway P, No. 2, at Licking, was issued a citation for disturbing the public peace after an incident at about 7 p.m. Nov. 30.

Coleman was cited after allegedly running around in the Walmart parking lot holding a bicycle over his head and shoving shopping carts in front of the store in an aggressive manner. A Walmart employee told an investigating officer several customers had reported Coleman’s odd behavior.

Upon arrival, the officer observed Coleman enter the store acting aggressively. He was located in a restroom at the back of the store. After arresting him, the officer noticed Coleman appeared to be impaired. He reportedly yelled out to customers to help him and claimed he shouldn’t be arrested.

Coleman was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold period.

•Joseph D. Bressie, 28, of 419 Craig Lane in Raymondville, was cited on Nov. 30 for failure to stop for a school bus after allegedly passing a bus with its stop sign displayed and caution flashers activated as it was dropping off kids near OK Tire on First Street.
