A Houston man was arrested late Friday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Levi A. Bittle, 35, was arrested on charges of felony DWI, driving while revoked, displaying plates of another person and having no insurance.Â
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released, the patrol said.Â
