Abby Casper led three players in double figures with 24 points as the Houston Lady Tigers beat Cabool 55-42 Monday night in the Thayer Winter Classic.
Jaydin Ramsey added 12 points and Kaitlyn Root had 11 for the Lady Tigers, who won their third straight game. Houston (7-6) also climbed over the .500 mark for the first time this season.
Houston plays Willow Springs at 6 p.m. Tuesday in its next tournament game.
