Fourth-sixth graders at Houston Schools will be able to play in a volleyball league this year under the guidance of HHS coach Loran Richardson.
Richardson announced Tuesday morning that those participating will practice 1-2 times per week in February and play games in March. Practice times will be based on gym availability. March is strictly for games.
Richardson is hosting a parent meeting and clinics this month for those interested in playing. The parent meeting is 6 p.m. Monday in the elementary gym, followed by a clinic for players from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Another clinic for players will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
