Flu cases hit 127 for season in county

The number of influenza cases reported this season in Texas County hit 127 on Sunday, the Texas County Health Department reported Tuesday.

There were 91 cases of influenza A and 36 with influenza B. 

Influenza cases were evenly divided among most age groups. Hard hit with influenza B were those ages 5-14 – 27 cases.
