Texas County authorities arrested a Licking man Thursday who now faces felony child molestation charges and is held in jail without bond.
According to a probable cause statement submitted to the county prosecutor by sheriff’s department detective Rowdy Douglas, he viewed a video of an interview conducted Jan. 25 at the Child Advocacy Center in West Plains in which a juvenile girl described being molested by a man beginning when she was about 6 years old and on numerous other occasions over a period of years.
As a result of an investigation, Alan D. Haneline, 68, of 16402 Spring Creek Road at Licking, is jailed on a first-degree child molestation charge, a class A felony.
