A Sparta man was arrested late Friday on drug charges in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Phillip J. Gilbert, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana, 11-35 grams; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
