Wanted Success man arrested on felony drug charge

The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:

•Robert D. Lane, 38, of 12026 Paddy Creek Road, at Success, was arrested March 15 for having an active Texas County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

An officer made the arrest after on off-duty jailer reported seeing Lane entering Walmart. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond.

•Sylvester Hamilton Jr., 32, of 415 Mill Street, No. 1, was cited on March 10 for driving with a suspended license.

•Christopher J. Daugherty, 28, of 21496 Hunter Drive at Summersville, was issued a citation on March 6 for possession of drug paraphernalia. 

•Amanda Thompson, 35, of 720 Cherry Ave., Apt. E-1, in Summersville, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after allegedly shoplifting numerous items from Walmart on March 11.
