Three persons were arrested on outstanding warrants by the Houston Police Department. 

The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:

•Bryana M. Chambers of 227 Green St. in Licking was cited for failing to obey a traffic signal on April 10.

•Charles G. Fulcomer, 45, of 8573 U.S. 63 in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $750 after allegedly swiped $35 out of a woman’s purse April 10 at Walmart.

Fulcomer allegedly turned the purse in at the service desk, and the 31-year-old Raymondville woman who it belonged to discovered the cash missing from it. Surveillance video reportedly showed Fulcomer removing something from the purse and putting it in his pocket. He admitted taking it.

•Jeremy D. Flewelling, 29, of 902 Hiett St. in Houston, was cited for allowing an animal to run at large on April 10 after an officer observed three dogs running loose at Ozark Street and King Street at about 7:45 a.m.

•Patrick A. Dodson, 36, of 309 S. Second St. in Houston, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m. April 4 for having an active Texas County warrant for three counts of felony drug charges and a traffic infraction. An officer made the arrest at a Steffens Street residence after being advised Dodson was there.

He was taken to the Texas County Jail where he was unable to post $75,000. Dodson also had an active City of Houston warrant for stealing under $500.

•Rex Franklin, 33, of 915 Highway 17 Terrace in Houston, was arrested April 4 for having an active Texas County warrant for assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

An officer made the arrest in the Houston Police Department parking lot after Franklin came there after hearing an officer wanted to speak to him. He was taken to jail and was unable to post $200,000 bond.

•David T. Korrok, 27, of 777 Highway 17, Apt. 4, in Houston, was arrested April 10 for having an active Texas County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.

An officer who knew of the warrant made the arrest after observing Korrok in the Walmart parking lot. He was taken to jail and was unable to post $250,000 bond.
